The CRC is hiring!

The Caribbean's coral reefs are facing an unprecedented crisis, with rising ocean temperatures, disease outbreaks, and environmental stressors threatening these vital marine ecosystems across the region. As coral bleaching events become more frequent and severe, there is an urgent need for coordinated, science-based intervention strategies that can preserve coral genetic diversity and build regional resilience.

The Coral Restoration Consortium is seeking a dedicated Caribbean Coral Researcher to lead a critical mission: mapping the existing capacity for coral conservation interventions across the Caribbean and developing a regional response plan that will guide restoration efforts. This opportunity offers the chance to work at the forefront of coral conservation science while building partnerships across the Caribbean's diverse network of researchers, practitioners, and conservation organizations.
