As coral bleaching events become more frequent and severe, there is an urgent need for coordinated, science-based intervention strategies that can preserve coral genetic diversity and build regional resilience.

The Coral Restoration Consortium is seeking a dedicated Caribbean Coral Researcher to lead a critical mission: mapping the existing capacity for coral conservation interventions across the Caribbean and developing a regional response plan that will guide restoration efforts.
