Scott Winters

Dr. Winters (Co-Chair) is the CEO of Coral Restoration Foundation™. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in two simultaneous programs (Ecology, Evolution and Biodiversity and BioInformatics and Computational Biology), received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, and is Phi Beta Kappa.
Petra MacGowan
Reef Resilience Network, The Nature Conservancy
Petra MacGowan is the Director of Coral Reef Partnerships with The Nature Conservancy, Global Oceans. Petra is responsible for leading the global capacity building efforts of the Reef Resilience Network and managing implementation of the NOAA-Coral Reef Conservation Program/TNC partnership to support the efforts of coral reef managers and conservation partners in Florida, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawai‘i, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam to protect and sustainably manage their coral reefs.
Ian McLeod
Assistant Professor, James Cook University
Dr. McLeod is an Assistant Professor at James Cook University and Assistant Director of the TropWATER Research Centre. Ian serves as the Assistant Program Director for Australia's Reef Restoration and Adaption Program and is a Co-Chair for the ICRI ad hoc committee on reef restoration. In these roles he leads projects focused on marine and coastal habitat conservation and restoration, coral reef ecology and land-based effects on coastal waters.
